With bunches purposefully dropped in order to get the desired complexity, bunches ended up would be around 3 to 4 only per vine. Matured for 12 months in new French oak and then again for a further 6 months in new oak. 15.3% Alcohol. Notes of oak, vanilla, white pepper, plum and blackcurrant on the nose. Such a full mouthfeel with blackberries and plum, spice, and earthy undergrowth. So amazing.”
