Free Shipping: Complementary shipping (Aramex Economy/ PEC) within SA borders for all orders to the value of R2000 & above.
Economy Delivery (PEC): Economy parcel delivery to main centres within 2 – 3 business days.
Overnight Parcel (ONP): Parcel delivered the following day before close of business (17h00) – delivery available to all main centres.
Aramex Road Express (PEX): Express parcel delivery within 24 – 48 hours.
Please Note:
Outlaying areas may require additional time for delivery and parcels are usually delivered within 2 – 5 business days, wheareas intracity deliveries are usually completed within 1 – 2 work days.
We only deliver within SA borders and alternative shipping arrangements can be made for export orders. Please contact info@de-toren.com for more information.
All online De Toren wine order payments can either be processed by credit card through our online payment gateway, MyGate, or the client has a choice of doing a bank transfer instead. Both these payment options are acceptable on our De Toren website.
All wine that has been ordered is final and will be delivered directly to the address provided. If the wine is lost during transit then De Toren Private Cellar will happily ship replacement free of charge.
If the customer provides the incorrect shipping address then De Toren will reship to the correct address at the charge of the current shipping rates. For all wine to believe to be corked or faulty please contact De Toren directly at info@de-toren.com and we will handle on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Competition entrants and website subscribers agree to have their information added to our database to receive marketing communication. Competitions are valid to persons over the age of 18 years old. Winners are to be selected at random from valid participants and notified at a time specified by De Toren. Any prizes cannot be exchanged for their monetary value.
As a token of appreciation for joining the De Toren Private Cellar community, new subscribers will receive an exclusive voucher offering 10% off their first-time wine purchase, excluding Icon wines. This voucher is valid for 10 (ten) days from the date of issue and may only be redeemed once per customer.
