A trip to Brugges in Belgium simply requires a visit to the famous wine shop and wine bar, Blend, partly owned by sommelier Luk de Rooze (Read our interview with Luk de Rooze).
The concept behind Blend, is to give the people of Belgium and the tourists of course, the opportunity to enjoy fine and unique wines from around the world. Their collection and diversity thereof is spectacular, with 30 different wines available by the glass and a variety of 350 wines by the bottle or case.
This shop is any wine enthusiast’s dream – wines from all over the world, more varieties than you can think of or even begin to mention, special vintages, high-end wines and of course the wines from our renowned De Toren range.
