Our 2014 vintage was crafted in very favourable weather conditions. The season started off cooler, turning warm to moderate during the ripening process, perfect for growing concentrated flavourful berries.
What can be expected are full bodied, yet vibrant flavours with complex aromas. Silky, finely knit tannins coats the mouth and lingers long after the final sip.
2014 truly presented us with amazing wines, full of character, freshness and always important balance. These wines will benefit from aging and we cannot wait for you to taste.
De Toren Z – For those lovers of Merlot dominated Bordeaux styled blends. The single vineyard made up of the varietals of Merlot, Cabernet franc, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, based on our cooler southern facing slopes, completes this complex wine.
De Toren Fusion V – For those lovers of Cabernet Sauvignon dominated Bordeaux styled blends. The single vineyard made up of the varietals of varietals of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, based on our warmer western facing slopes, results in a full bodied, powerful and expressive wine.
