The Silo, a magical space towering above the V&A Waterfront with a 360˚ degree view! Surrounded by the natural wonder of South Africa’s Mother City, we hosted the very first De Toren Fusion V 2016 Vintage Blend Tasting at the spectacular Silo Hotel. It was an outstanding day, with a gastronomic four-course, prepared by the culinary experts of the Silo Hotel’s restaurant, The Granary Café and we were most definitely in good company! A successful day scoring 12 blends in total, to ultimately help decide which one is deserving of the title as the 2016 vintage of the renowned De Toren Fusion V!
