For two exclusive nights only, join us for an unforgettable fine dining experience hosted in the timeless charm of our private manor house, for an intimate celebration of food, wine, and winter indulgence.

On the evenings of 1 August and 22 August 2025, from 18h30 to 21h30, our manor house will transform into a haven of sensory delight. This exquisite event brings together the exceptional talents of renowned chefs Craig Cormack and Beau du Toit, whose unbridled excitement for the culinary world is evident in their seasonal three-course menu, thoughtfully paired with our acclaimed premium wines, Délicate, Edition Z, and Fusion V. Each course is curated to bring out the best in both the wine and the dish, offering guests a seamless engagement.

Adding a unique personal touch to the evening, our winemakers, Charles Williams (Cellar Master) and Martin Fourie (Winemaker), will be in attendance to mingle with guests and share their insights. This is a free-flowing experience where guests are invited to visit the chefs in the kitchen, a rare and intimate opportunity that sets this event apart.

The evening will conclude with a one-of-a-kind digestif inspired by De Toren Fusion V.
