The selected blend for the De Toren Fusion V 2016 scored exceptionally well in all three rounds of the Blend Tastings and stood out from the overall blend line-up with 10+ points and the least amount of contradictory votes from tasting participants.
The varietal breakdown of the De Toren Fusion V 2016:
▪ Cabernet Sauvignon 52%
▪ Malbec 16%
▪ Merlot 15%
▪ Cabernet Franc 11%
▪ Petit Verdot 6%
The winning De Toren Z 2016 blend also scored remarkably well in all three rounds of the Blend Tastings, with a stellar 8 more points than the rest of the top 3 blends and the least conflicting feedback.
