On several occasions Chef Jannis was the reason that the much sought after Michelin stars were awarded to the kitchens where he worked. The menu is characterised by influences from Zeeland’s waters. Oosterschelde seasonal lobster, oysters, mussels and bass are balanced by all the good things the land has to offer such as succulent lamb, the renowned vegetables sea fennel, cheeses and fruit from their property.
